Section 28-35-181i - Special license to manufacture, distribute, assemble, or repair luminous safety devices for use in aircraft

Each applicant for a specific license to manufacture, assemble, or repair luminous safety devices containing tritium or promethium-147, for use in aircraft, and to distribute these devices to persons generally licensed under K.A.R. 28-35-178d shall meet the requirements of 10 C.F.R. 32.53, 32.54, 32.55, and 32.56, as in effect on December 2, 2015, which are hereby adopted by reference, except that wherever the term "commission" appears within the text of the federal regulations adopted by reference in this regulation, that term shall be replaced with the term "department."
