Section 28-34-25 - Occupational therapy department

In hospitals with an organized occupational therapy department, the following shall apply:

(a) The department shall be under the guidance of a qualified occupational therapist.

(b) Facilities and personnel shall be provided commensurate with the hospital's program.

(c) Records shall be kept on the services provided.
