Section 28-16-57a - Effluent standards

(a) Incorporation. 40 C.F.R. Parts 133, 405 through 436, 439, 440, 443, 446, 447, 454, 455, 457 through 461, 463, 465, and 469, as in effect on July 1, 1985, are adopted by reference.

(b) To the extent that the above effluent limitations are inapplicable, the limitations shall be set on a case-by-case basis using the methodology described in 40 CFR Sections 122.44(a) and 125.3(c)(2) as in effect on July 1, 1985.
