(a)(1) The license application fee shall be $100.00. The license application fee for an initial licensure period of less than 24 months shall be prorated at $4.00 per month for each full or partial month.(2) The license renewal fee shall be $100.00.(3) The temporary license application fee shall be $100.00.(4) The application fee for reinstatement of a lapsed or revoked license shall be $120.00, in addition to the license renewal fee specified in paragraph (a)(2).(5) The application fee for licensure by reciprocity shall be $120.00, in addition to the application fee specified in paragraph (a)(1).(6) The late renewal fee shall be $50.00.(7) The wall or wallet card license replacement fee shall be $10.00.(8) The fee for providing a duplicate wall license shall be $10.00.(9) The sponsorship application fee shall be $150.00.(b) All fees shall be nonrefundable.Kan.
