Section 21-70-49 - Personal devices and services

A public accommodation shall not be required to provide its customers, clients, or participants with:

(a) personal devices, such as wheelchairs;

(b) individually prescribed devices, such as prescription eyeglasses or hearing aids; or

(c) services of a personal nature including assistance in eating, toileting, or dressing.
