"A conspicious place or places" for the purposes of K.S.A. 44-1012 shall be any easily accessible and well lighted place or places where the notices may readily be seen regularly by employees, applicants for employment, members of labor organizations, applicants for membership in labor organizations, or persons using or attempting to use places of public accommodations or the services of an employment agency, or any institution, department or agency of the state of Kansas or any political subdivision or municipality thereof.
