Each claim, when accepted for filing, shall be investigated by a staff investigator who shall report to the board. The report shall include summaries or transcripts of interviews with the claimants, summaries or transcripts of interviews with any witness, a summary of information regarding financial stress, copies of any relevant medical or financial data or police reports, a copy of the claimant's application and any other information deemed relevant.
