Section 19-60-2 - Construction

K.A.R. 19-60 to K.A.R. 19-63, inclusive, shall be liberally construed to accomplish the purposes of the act including providing for the greatest disclosure of lobbying expenditures possible while not hindering citizen involvement in the political process.
