Section 19-20-5 - Use of public funds, machinery, equipment, and supplies

Postal or internet addresses that "expressly advocate the nomination, election or defeat of a clearly identified candidate," as defined by K.S.A. 25-4143 and amendments thereto, shall not be included in a communication generated or distributed using public funds, machinery, equipment, or supplies.
