Section 17-9-10 - Investment securities; requests for rulings

(a) Any bank may request a determination by the commissioner whether a security which the bank holds or desires to purchase for its own account qualifies as an investment se-curity.

(b) Any request shall be accompanied by information sufficient to enable the commissioner to make a determination.
