Section 17-16-9 - Application; consideration by the board
(a) After considering the application, including any comment letters and the applicant's response to comment letters, the board shall determine whether to approve or deny the applica-tion.
(b) The state banking board shall not be required to make any determination unless the board has had at least 10 calendar days to consider any comment letters or the applicant's response to such letters.
