Section 14-23-9 - Permit holder's responsibility for conduct at event

Each permit holder shall be responsible for the conduct at an event. The permit holder shall be responsible for all violations of the club and drinking establishment act by the following people while on the permitted premises:

(a) An employee of the permit holder;

(b) any individual serving or mixing alcoholic liquor at an event; or

(c) any employee of any person contracting with the permit holder to provide services or food in connection with an event.
