Section 14-23-2 - Applications; documents required

(a) Each application for a temporary permit shall be submitted upon forms prescribed by the director and shall contain all information the director deems necessary. Any application that does not contain all required information may be returned to the applicant.

(b) Each application shall be accompanied by the permit fee.

(c) Each application shall be accompanied by a diagram of the premises covered by the temporary permit. The diagram shall clearly show the boundaries of the premises, entrances to and exits from the premises, and the area in which the service of alcoholic liquor would take place.
