Section 14-22-7 - Refund upon voluntary cancellation

If a caterer's license is cancelled, except through revocation or suspension, the licensee shall be eligible for a refund of a portion of the annual license fee. The refund shall be equal to one-twelfth of the annual license fee for each full calendar month of the license year that remains at the time of cancellation. The refund shall be made only upon application to the director.
