Section 130-1-5 - Reinstatement of registration(a) Each person applying for reinstatement of a registration that has been expired for less than one year and that has not been revoked shall provide the following to the board:(1) The information required for renewal of a registration specified in K.A.R. 130-1-2; and(2) the fee for reinstatement of an expired registration specified in K.A.R. 130-2-1.(b) Each person applying for reinstatement of a registration that has been expired for one year or more and that has not been revoked shall provide the following to the board:(1) The information required for renewal of a registration specified in K.A.R. 130-1-2;(2) documentation that within the one-year period before the application for reinstatement, the applicant successfully completed the examination required by the board for initial registration; and(3) the fee for reinstatement of an expired registration specified in K.A.R. 130-2-1.(c) Each person applying for reinstatement of a registration that has been revoked shall provide the following to the board:(1) The information required for initial registration specified in K.A.R. 130-1-1;(2) documentation that the applicant completed 16 credit hours of approved continuing education within the 12-month period before the application for reinstatement;(3) documentation that within the one-year period before the application for reinstatement, the applicant successfully completed the examination required by the board for initial registration;(4) evidence that the applicant is sufficiently rehabilitated to warrant the public trust; and(5) the fee for reinstatement of a revoked registration specified in K.A.R. 130-2-1.Kan.
