Section 123-12-602 - Posting notices and distributing written materials

(a) No offender shall post or distribute any written materials without the prior, written approval of the superintendent or designee.

(b) Each violation of this regulation shall be a class II offense.

This regulation shall be effective on and after April 8, 2005.
