Section 123-12-1303 - Class III offenses and penalties(a) Class III offenses shall be defined as the following: (1) The violations designated as class III offenses by these regulations; and (2) any violation of a regulation, internal management policy and procedure, or facility order within which the designation of the class of the offense for a violation is not specified. (b) The penalty for each class III offense may be any of the following or any combination: (1) Restriction to the offender's living quarters, not to exceed three days; (2) restriction from privileges, not to exceed 20 days; (3) extra work for not more than two hours per day, not to exceed 10 days; (5) an oral or written reprimand. This regulation shall be effective on and after April 8, 2005.
