Section 12-2-15 - Record of proceedings before the board; prohibited practice casesa. General provisions. 1. The record of the proceedings before the board in prohibited practice cases shall consist of the complaint or amended complaint, any other pleadings, notices of hearings, motions, orders, stenographic report, exhibits, depositions, findings of fact, conclusions of law, decisions and order. 2. If a prohibited practice proceeding is predicated in whole or in part upon a prior representation proceeding, the record of such prior representation proceeding shall be deemed a part of the record for all purposes in the prohibited practice proceeding.
