Section 117-3-3 - General classification; examination requirement

Each applicant for the general classification shall be required to successfully complete the national uniform appraiser examination designated by the board for the general classification within 24 months from the date of the board's approval of that applicant to take the examination. The board's approval shall be based upon the applicant's completion of the education requirements in K.A.R. 117-3-1 and experience requirements in K.A.R. 117-3-2.

The applicant's successful completion of the examination shall be valid for 24 months.

This regulation shall be effective on and after January 1,2015.
