Section 112-8-13 - Housing of greyhounds

(a) All greyhounds entered into an official race shall be housed in kennel facilities located on the premises provided by the organization licensee.

(b) Greyhounds brought to the racetrack for the specific purpose of participating in stakes races, qualifying rounds and schoolings necessary for the stakes race, may be housed off the racetrack facility subject to the terms and conditions specified by the racetrack facility and with the approval of the racing judges.
