Section 112-108-46 - Gaming table drop device characteristics(a) Each gaming table in the gaming facility shall have an attached drop device for the following items: (2) copies of table transaction documents; and(b) Each gaming table drop device shall have the following features:(1) A lock that secures the drop device to the gaming table;(2) a lock that secures the contents of the drop device from being removed without authorization;(3) a slot opening or mechanism through which all currency, documents, and mutilated chips shall be inserted;(4) a mechanical device that shall automatically close and lock the slot opening upon removal of the drop device from the gaming table; and(5) a marking that is permanently imprinted and clearly visible and that identifies the game and table number to which it is attached.Kan.
