Section 110-7-10 - Administration of projects

Each proposal shall include a statement indicating all of the following:

(a) The organization implementing an approved project will submit quarterly reports and a final report at the end of the project.
(b) Each change in the project's approved budget will be submitted for approval by the department before taking effect.
(c) An independent audit of the project will be obtained for the project if the project utilizes more than $100,000 in tax credits.
