Section 11-3-3 - Permit to construct or rehabilitate

Before the allocation of funds to any project and before any district advertises for bids, the district shall submit the following to the commission:

(a) A copy of the permit to construct or rehabilitate, as issued by the chief engineer; and

(b) an updated general plan.
