Section 102-7-12 - Designation of referral source for use in the diagnosis and treatment of substance use disorders

The "diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders," fifth edition, published by the American psychiatric association, shall be designated as the manual to diagnose and treat substance use disorders.
