For purposes of determining whether or not a non-resident individual has engaged in the practice of professional counseling activities or services within this state for more than the 30-day threshold in K.S.A. 65-5812 and amendments thereto, any professional counseling activities or services rendered within any 24-hour period shall count as one day of professional counseling activities and services.
