Section 1-9-21 - Nepotism

In accordance with K.S.A. 46-246a and K.A.R. 19-40-4, no state officer or employee shall advocate, participate in or cause the appointment, promotion, transfer, demotion or discipline of a member of the officer's or employee's household or a family member.
