Section 1-6-1 - Registration for employment

Each person seeking employment with the state shall register on forms prescribed by the director, and these forms may be submitted or updated at any time. Registering with the state shall not constitute applying for a vacancy. This regulation shall be effective on and after December 17, 1995.
