Section 1-47-5 - Right-of-way

No person driving or otherwise operating a vehicle shall fail to yield the right of way to any pedestrian at any marked pedestrian crosswalk or sidewalk. No person shall fail to yield the right of way, in any circumstance, to any pedestrian or vehicle in order to avoid a collision.
