The division of vocational rehabilitation services is established in the department of workforce development and is responsible for providing services to potentially eligible and eligible individuals with disabilities leading to competitive integrated employment in accordance with Iowa Code chapter 84H, the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. Section 301, et seq.), and the corresponding federal regulations.
