Rule 875-130.5 - [Effective 2/12/2025] Formal ruling

The commissioner will issue a formal ruling upon application. The ruling will set forth findings of fact and conclusions of law and grant or deny the application. The ruling is the final agency action for purposes of Iowa Code chapter 17A.
