Effective May 11, 2018, the eight-hour time-weighted average permissible exposure limit for beryllium is 0.2 micrograms per cubic liter, and the short-term exposure limit for beryllium is 2.0 micrograms per cubic meter over a 15-minute sampling period.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 88.5.
