Rule 875-69.4 - [Effective 2/12/2025] Delivery of notice

Delivery of the notice of hearing by the board constitutes the commencement of a contested case proceeding. Delivery may be executed by regular mail. The notice shall be delivered to the appellant; the appellant's attorney, if known; and the director.
