Rule 875-69.4 - Delivery of notice

Delivery of the notice of hearing by the board constitutes the commencement of a contested case proceeding. Delivery may be executed by regular mail. The notice shall be delivered to the appellant, the appellant's attorney, if known, and the commissioner.
