Rule 875-66.6 - [Effective 2/12/2025] Board review procedures

(1) Petitions for waiver will normally be heard at the next scheduled board meeting following timely submission of the petition.

(2) The petitioner will be provided a reasonable opportunity to make a presentation to the board.
