Rule 875-66.15 - [Effective until 2/12/2025] Defense

After the board issues an order granting a waiver, the order is a defense within its terms and the specific facts indicated therein only for the specific conveyance to which the order pertains in any proceeding in which the rule in question is sought to be invoked.
