Rule 875-155.3 - Other asbestos regulations

Regulation of encapsulation, removal and abatement procedures are found in 875-Chapters 10 and 26 and 567-Chapter 23. Nothing in this chapter shall be viewed as providing an exemption, waiver, or variance from any otherwise applicable regulation or statute.
