Rule 875-36.2 - Employee rights

Employees are afforded a wide range of substantive and procedural rights under the Act. This chapter deals with the protection of employees. Iowa Code section 91 A. 10(5) prohibits the discharge of an employee or discriminatory actions against an employee for exercising rights under the Act.
