The division may cancel a waiver upon appropriate notice and hearing if the facts alleged in the petition or supplemental information provided were not true, material facts were withheld or have changed, the alternative means of compliance provided in the waiver have failed to achieve the objectives of the statute, the requester has failed to comply with conditions set forth in the waiver approval, or the rule or enabling Act has been amended.
