Rule 875-85.14 - Personally identifiable information

This rule describes the nature and extent of personally identifiable information which is collected, maintained, and retrieved by the board by personal identifier in record systems. For each record system, this rule describes the legal authority for the collection of that information. The record systems maintained by the board are:

(1)Personnel records. These records contain personal information about board members which may be confidential pursuant to Iowa Code section 22.7(11). The records may include but are not limited to biographical information, medical information relating to disability, and information required for expense reimbursement.
(2)Contested case records. Contested case records are maintained and contain names of the people involved. Evidence and documents submitted as a result of a hearing are contained in the contested case records. These records are collected pursuant to Iowa Code section 89.14.
