Each judge shall reach a decision without conferring in any manner with any other official or person. Each judge shall make out a scorecard to the best of the judge's ability and in accordance with the provisions of the rules governing boxing. At the end of the bout the decision shall be written on the scorecard and the card shall be given to the commissioner or designee for verification who shall then hand the cards to the referee who will then announce the decision. The winner shall be determined on the majority vote of the three judges and each judge shall select a choice based on the highest number of points.
