Rule 875-170.6 - Quorum and voting requirements

(1)Quorum. Four members constitute a quorum.

(2)Majority voting. All votes shall be determined by a majority of the board.

(3)Voting procedures. The commissioner shall rule as to whether the vote will be by voice vote or roll call. A roll call vote shall be taken at the request of any member of the board.
