Rule 871-44.8 - [Effective 1/29/2025] Action on petition

(1) After receipt of a petition or a declaratory order, the director of the department of workforce development or designee takes action on the petition as required by Iowa Code section 17A.9(5).

(2) The date an order is issued or refused is defined in rule 877-26.2 (17A,96).
