Pursuant to Section 303(m) of the federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. § 503) and 26 U.S.C. § 6402(f), both as amended and in effect as of October 23, 2024, the department will utilize the treasury offset program in order to collect covered unemployment compensation.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 96.3(7).
