Unemployment benefits payable under the Disaster Relief Act of 1974, will be determined in accordance with the rules of the United States Department of Labor and published in the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 20, Chapter V, Parts 625 and 650.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 96.7(2).
