Rule 871-23.68 - Collection of covered unemployment compensation

Pursuant to 26 U.S.C. 6402(f), the department shall utilize the Treasury Offset Program in order to collect covered unemployment compensation.

This rule is intended to implement 26 U.S.C. 6402(f).
