Rule 871-23.42 - Crediting of interest earned on the unemployment trust fund

Interest received on moneys deposited with the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States shall be credited to the unemployment compensation fund.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 96.9(2) "c."
