Rule 871-22.14 - Notification by employer of employee's rights

Each employer shall post and maintain in places readily accessible to individuals in its employ printed notices or posters, Form 60-0160, informing employees of their potential rights to benefits under the employment security law and providing general instructions as to what the employees shall do and where the employees shall go to obtain these benefits. Copies of these printed notices or posters may be obtained from the department, upon request, without cost to the employer.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 96.11(2).
