Rule 821-2.3 - Federal mail-in application

Rules 821-2.1 (48A) and 821-2.2 (48A) do not apply to the mail voter registration form prescribed by the federal election commission, which shall be accepted in accordance with Iowa Code section 48A.12 and shall not be used by voter registration agencies.
