Rule 811-4.5 - Public participation

(1) In lieu of "(identify office and address)", insert "the State Veterinarian, Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Wallace State Office Building, 502 E. 9th Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50319-0053".

(5) In lieu of "(designate office and telephone number)", insert "the state veterinarian office at 515.281.8617".
