Rule 781-17.8 - Action on petition

(1) Within the time allowed by 1998 Iowa Acts, chapter 1202, section 13(5), after receipt of a petition for a declaratory order, the treasurer of state or designee shall take action on the petition as required by 1998 Iowa Acts, chapter 1202, section 13(5).

(2) The date of issuance of an order or of a refusal to issue an order means the date of mailing of a decision or order or date of delivery if service is by other means unless another date is specified in the order.
